WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR UPCOMING SHOWS?
Tickets can be purchased at samuelslive.com or eventbrite.com. There is no box office at Samuel’s Grande Manor.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is plenty of FREE parking at Samuel’s LIVE adjacent to the venue.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS AT SAMUEL’S LIVE?
Patrons under 16 will need a legal guardian to attend. On occasion events may be 16 and over or 18 and over only. Please check the website for event age restrictions.
DO YOU HAVE AN ATM?
No.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY AT SAMUEL’S LIVE?
All sales are final. There are no refunds. In the case of cancelled or postponed show you will receive information on how to obtain a refund.
DOES SAMUELS’S LIVE HAVE A HANDICAPPED SECTION?
Absolutely, please call us in advance so we reserve you a seat for the event you are attending.
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Yes.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
No, NYS law prohibits any use of cigarettes, cigars or e-cigarettes on the premises.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES REGARDING VIDEO/PHOTO/AUDIO?
All types of video/photo/audio recording is dictated by the artist, please check with Samuel’s LIVE the day of show to find out what is allowed.
